Attendees should plan to arrive at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport by the afternoon or evening of June 7th.  Each attendee is responsible for his/her own travel and hotel reservations.  In the interest of convenience, it is recommended that all attendees stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, North Grapevine, Tx   The phone number at the hotel is 817 421 1172 This Hilton garden Inn has a complimentary bus shuttle service to and from the DFW airport.  Just call them at the above number when you arrive, and they will arrange to have their courtesy bus pick you up.
