The TDFM 9000 Series radios support Project 25 or P25 Airborne. P25 is a common set of digital protocols that when implemented, would support interoperability across radio manufacturers, Today P25 is the standard public safety radio protocol endorsed by the US. Department of Homeland Security and every major US radio manufacturer. Today’s mission based aircraft operate all across the P25 spectrum, whether you are talking across the county or across the state, P25 capability is required.
The TDFM- 9000 / 9200 / 9300 series radios and the TDFM-9100 radio offer Project 25 Analog/Digital/Encrypted/Multi-band AM/ FM radio transceivers capable of meeting your most demanding operating requirements in both Phase I (FDMA) and Phase II (TDMA) modes. The TDFM-9000 series consists of multiple models which are configurable to meet each user’s specific requirement. Each TDFM-9000/9200/9300 is a 4.5″ high Dzus panel mount radio and is completely self-contained (no remote mount box).

The TDFM-9100- T6
Capable of supporting Low Band VHF FM, VOR Voice, Airband and Military UHF the T6 module provides a significant new capability to the 9100. Previously only available in the larger 9200 and 9300 series radios, Technisonic found a way to incorporate the T6 module into the TDFM-9100.

The TDFM-9100
This is an All-Band capable airborne radio which operates in the same manner as the TDFM-9000. Able to support one or two P25 Phase II modules with any available option(s), it is ideal for those users who need only one or two P25 compliant modules. Its small size (3″ height) and light weight make it ideal for helicopter installations.

The RC 9000 & 9100
The RC-9000 is designed to be a remote control head for the TDFM-9000, 9200, and 9300 airborne transceivers. It is a secondary (slave) control point and is not intended to replace the function of the front panel of the radio.

The TDFM-9100-T6
The 9100-T6 starts off by incorporating Technisonic’s new -T6 module. Capable of supporting Low Band VHF FM, VOR Voice, Airband and Military UHF the -T6 is already a highly capable radio. Operators still have the option of specifying up to two additional P25 compliant Tri-Band capable transceivers. Of course, being Technisonic, the 9100-T6 has retained the full MCP dual handheld integration capabilities.

The TDFM-9000
It can support up to six P25 (Phase I and Phase II compliant) All-Band RF modules. There is no restriction on the number of like modules that can be installed. For example, if your requirement is for three (or even more) 700/800 MHz modules operating at the same time, then the TDFM-9000 will work for you.

The TDFM-9200
It can support up to two P25 (Phase I and Phase II compliant) All-Band RF modules, and two (2) Technisonic Analog modules. There is no restriction on the band mix of P25 modules or options that can be installed. For example, if your requirement is for two VHF/ 700-800 MHz modules operating at the same time, along with Low-band 30-50 and Air-band 118-136AM then the TDFM-9200 is the right radio for your mission.

The TDFM-136B
This transceiver is the radio of choice for forestry operations, capable of analog and digital communications on every available channel in the VHF High Band (136 to 174 MHz). It is also capable of multi-mode operation in the 25 kHz analog, 12.5 kHz analog, and Project 25 12.5 kHz modulation on a channel by channel basis. All features are available and can be programmed from the front panel. The TDFM-136B can display channel, nomenclature, and operating frequency for both main and guard channels simultaneously.
