This SW (software) upgrade is for the TDFM-136B radios.

This field software upgrade package includes: 

** Increases the memory capacity from 250 to 500 Channels
** Includes updated Visual Heat Warnings to pilots, when radio reaches certain
temperature thresholds
** A new feature that allows the Guard module to directly select any of the available memories instead of having to use “Copy Main to Guard”

The new TDPx software has been designed for easier connection, simpler interface and programming with Remove and Insert Channel features. The new TDPx software is fully compatible with your TDFM-136B, and allows access to all 500 channels available via this upgrade.

Upgrade instructions and factory documents are included in the SW bundle for returning units to service after the upgrades are complete. See the software release notes for specifics.
