Project 25 Airborne FM
The TDFM 9000 Series and TDFM 136B radios are fully Project 25 compliant. P25 is a common set of digital protocols that when implemented, would support interoperability across radio manufacturers, Today P25 is the standard public safety radio protocol endorsed by the US. Department of Homeland Security and every major US radio manufacturer. Today’s mission based aircraft operate all across the P25 spectrum, whether you are talking across the county or across the state, P25 capability is required.
The TDFM- 9000 / 9200 / 9300 series radios and the TDFM-9100 radio offer Project 25 Analog/Digital/Encrypted/Multi-band AM/ FM radio transceivers capable of meeting your most demanding operating requirements in both Phase I (FDMA) and Phase II (TDMA) modes. The TDFM-9000 series consists of multiple models which are configurable to meet each user’s specific requirement. Each TDFM-9000/9200/9300 is a 4.5″ high Dzus panel mount radio and is completely self-contained (no remote mount box).
The T6 Module
The T6 Module is an analog all-band, frequency agile, airborne AM-FM transceiver intended to provide radio communications on every channel currently available including the VHF low band, VHF-VOR Voice, VHF-AM, and UHF-AM.
The TDFM-9100-T6
The 9100-T6 Combines Technisonics new -T6 module into the 9100’s simple, lightweight chassis. Capable of supporting All Civil Analog Bands, Low Band, VOR Voice, Airband and Military UHF the -T6 is capable of supporting Aviation, SAR and Military operations around the world.
The TDFM-9100
The newly designed TDFM-9100 now features both Full AM-FM Support in a light compact package. Developed around a new three-module configuration, the 9100 can support the full P25 FM band spectrum, VHF, UHF and 7/800 MHz using available Tri- band modules.
The TDFM-9200
It can support up to two P25 (Phase I and Phase II compliant) All-Band RF modules, and two (2) Technisonic Analog modules. There is no restriction on the band mix of P25 modules or options that can be installed. For example, if your requirement is for two VHF/ 700-800 MHz modules operating at the same time, along with Low-band 30-50 and Air-band 118-136AM then the TDFM-9200 is the right radio for your mission.
